3 cups thinly sliced okra
4 cups thick curd/yogurt
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp red chili powder
METHOD:
- Wash the okra and slice them thinly.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.When the seeds start to splutter,add the okra.
- Saute it on a low flame until it becomes crispy.
- Now add the salt and chili powder and mix well.
- Beat the curd and add the turmeric powder and the crisp okra and mix well.
- Serve immediately with any type of rice(click to see).
