MIXED VEGETABLE RAITA

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups fresh curd
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 cup finely grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup deseeded,chopped cucumbers
1 green chili finely chopped
4-5 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 tbsp red chili powder
salt to taste

METHOD:
  • Beat the curd in a bowl.
  • Add all the above ingredients and mix well.
  • Garnish the mixed vegetable raita with with chopped coriander and serve.
